Yoga
Varitations offered:
Vinyasa Flow - level I (beginner) or II (intermediate/advanced)
- Flow seamlessly towards postures that increase mobility and strength
Power Yoga - all levels
- Train cardio and your deep core to sweat from the inside out
Yin - all levels
- Release tension and muscle fascia to let go of tightness in body
Modern Meditation
Included practices of Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR), Focused Attention Meditation (FAM), Soundscape Meditation, or Mindfulness Meditation
Benefits:
- The ability to regulate your autonomic nervous system, so you can easily go from a state of tension back to normal
- Interruptions of life become less audible
- A powerful tool for pain management
Breath Technique
Included techniques of Diaphragmatic Breathing, Box Breathing, Mindful Breathing, or Double Inhale Breathing
Benefits:
- When running through your thoughts is no longer useful to you, this acts as a way to get out of your head and into your body
- Helps connect you with your biochemistry so when stress occurs you are ready to deal with it
- Greatly increases muscle performance during exercise
I've tried a lot of different Yoga classes, and Sarah's is an amazing balance between centering through guided meditation, breathing exercises, stretching and vinyasa flow. It's a perfect combination that leaves you feeling regenerated and energized.
